1. General Policy
Due to the custom nature of our fine art prints, which are made to order specifications, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind or wrong size selection. Please verify your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that your print arrives damaged or defective, we will happily replace it at no extra cost to you.
To request a replacement, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at abrahamberger9@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your Order Number in the subject line.
- Attach clear photos of the damage (both the print and the packaging).
Once we review your case, we will provide instructions for the replacement process.
3. Cancellations
Orders typically enter our production workflow immediately to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, we generally cannot accept cancellations once an order has been placed. If you need to make a critical change, please contact us immediately, but we cannot guarantee that the order can be stopped.
